NASBP advocates for, protects, and advances the interests of professional surety bond producers and of suretyship, informing, persuading, and engaging legislators, government officials, and all parties interested in or impacted by surety bonds, including organizations representing owners, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and others.

This section of the NASBP web site will provide you with a concise overview of NASBP advocacy efforts, including those relating to government relations, industry relations, and political action for candidate election, along with information and resources for NASBP members to pursue grassroots actions.
