NASBP is an endorsing organization of the ConsensusDOCS^TM coalition, an unprecedented effort by more than 20 other industry organizations to identify industry best practices and to incorporate such practices in a new generation of consensus industry standard form documents.

1. NASBP has provided four resources to help members and affiliates become familiar with the new Federal Subcontract, 752--one of eleven new ConsensusDOCS that are now available.

2. Now Members/Affiliates can download individual ConsensusDOCS™ bond forms as “fill-in” pdfs. Download these 11 individual ConsensusDOCS™ bond forms for use in  business endeavors at no fee by clicking here.

4. Free, partial samples of select ConsensusDOCS Documents including the 11 bond forms can be accessed from the ConsensusDOCS™ web site www.ConsensusDOCS.org . Directions how to download these free, partial ConsensusDOCS™ samples, in pdf format, are as follows:

1. Go to www.ConsensusDOCS.org 
2. Click on “PURCHASE” at the center of the home page (you do not have to provide any sort of payment credit card, etc.) 
3. Scroll down to the lower portion of the page to the area titled “Browse by topic” 
4. Beneath the caption, "Browse by topic," select the second item titled: ConsensusDOCS™ Sample Contracts
5. Choose the ConsensusDOCS™ sample document by clicking on the title of the document you want to download.
6. Choose Add to Cart
7. Enter USER ID and Password (if you already logged in) or Login 
8. Enter at Partner code: NASBP and enter at Promotion code: 400 (you will not be charged a fee if you choose not to insert the partner and promotion codes) 
9. Click Submit Code
10. Click Proceed to Payment (no purchase is necessary when downloading samples) this step completes the download process. 
11. Click on the words “My Download” in the following sentence: “You must use the following link in order to access them: My Downloads” 
12. Then click on the word “Download” 
13. Select Save and choose the file folder where you want to store the sample document on your computer. 
14. Then select Close.

5. To purchase ConsensusDOCS from the ConsensusDOCS site and receive the NASBP discount, follow these instructions.

1. Go to www.ConsensusDOCS.org
