NASBP reserves the right to disclose user information in special cases, when NASBP has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing, intentionally or unintentionally, injury to or interference with the rights or property of NASBP, other users of this internet site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
