Frequently Asked Questions

1) When should membership dues be remitted?
Membership is based on a calendar year basis, starting January 1 and ending December 31, and dues should be paid promptly upon receipt of invoice.

2) If one location of an agency is a member, do other locations of that same agency receive member benefits?
a. No, according to NASBP bylaws, membership is predicated on location and each location must remit dues, as a member to receive benefits.

3) Who has permission to update their agency's membership profile?
a. Only the key contact can update the agency's membership profile.

4) If the key contact information has changed, what should I do?
a. Notify Dasha Brock, Manager, Membership Services.
