Registration now open for two conferences this fall on Federal Construction and P3s

  

This November NASBP, in partnership with the law firm of Smith, Currie & Hancock, will host two conferences on Federal Construction and Public-Private Partnerships in Washington, DC.

November 12: Practical Tips, Helpful Hints, and Cold Facts: Understanding Today's Federal Construction Contracting

The focus of this conference will address such matters as False Claims Act liability, small business issues, mentor-protégée arrangements, and best value contracting. It will help attendees stay abreast of recent developments affecting federal construction contracting.

November 13: Dissecting Public-Private Partnerships: Roles, Structures, Risks, and Security

The focus of this conference will examine such matters as the structure of P3s, the roles and responsibilities of P3 players, unique contractual risks for the concessionaire and contractor, and performance security issues. It will also include P3 case studies.
