Level II

SL-SS-LevelII.jpgLevel II is intended for the bond producer/underwriter/account manager with one to six years of experience. The curriculum includes intensive training in: contractor profiling, detailed financial analysis, concepts and effective practices of account activation and service, claims handling, industry marketplace changes, and ethics. The week-long school emphasizes the relationship between the producer, surety, and contractor, techniques for gathering information about the contractor and preparation of the case submission to the surety. The curriculum culminates in a real-time, interactive case presentation, causing students to draw on concepts, applications, and methodologies presented during the entire program.

This course is rated as "intermediate." It is intended for the student who has a basic knowledge of the subject matter or who has limited experience with the subject matter.
