On August 2, 2013, NASBP delivered a letter to the Maryland members of the National Conference of State Legislators' Natural Resources & Infrastructure Committee regarding their publication "Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation: A Toolkit for Legislators.” This toolkit is silent on the importance of bonding and NASBP, ASA, and SFAA encouraged them to address bonding requirements to assist state legislators.
