DHL eCourier Electronic Document Delivery Program

The National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) and The Surety & Fidelity Association of America (SFAA) are pleased to announce a joint effort with DHL Express to offer a unique member benefit utilizing the DHL eCourier Electronic Document Delivery Program.

The DHL eCourier program facilitates the sending and receiving of documents that contain sensitive data – such as personally identifiable information, financial statements, bond requests, indemnity agreements, etc. – securely and privately in a matter of minutes. In addition, senders will be able to track their receipt, and the recipient will be able to store the documents contained in the DHL eCourier message safely and conveniently.

Some of DHL’s eCourier system features include:

  • A user-friendly interface;
  • No software to download – the service is an Internet browser-based tool;
  • The ability to move large files without restrictions;
  • The ability to monitor the delivery of your documents with instant receipt notification via email;
  • The protection of your privacy via encryption and password-only access;
  • Limited incompatibility – so documents can be read, re-sent or printed as needed;
  • The ability to sign legally binding documents, contracts and purchase orders electronically; and
  • The ability to securely archive your documents for later retrieval.

Members of NASBP and SFAA will receive a special rate of only $0.25 per transaction.  Keep in mind that like an overnight package, there is no cost to the recipient.

We encourage you to try the DHL eCourier program and see for yourself how easy it is to securely and instantaneously communicate and share important documents with your business partners – at less than the cost of a postage stamp!
