NASBP is offering two workshops this fall in conjunction with the 2018 Regional Meetings. The NASBP Leadership Workshop will be held on September 19 immediately after the Regions 8, 9, 10 & 11 Meeting in Charleston, SC; and the NASBP Sales Workshop will be held on October 2-3, preceding the Regions 4, 5, 6 & 7 Meeting in New Orleans, LA.

The NASBP Leadership Workshop will focus on leading cross generations in the surety industry and provide participants a better understanding of their style through a DiSC assessment and an analysis of its impact on management and leadership. Join us to learn the next steps on how to move forward in today's world, where, for the first time in recent history, there are three generations in the workforce. This is the first time a NASBP Leadership Workshop has focused on the multi-generational workforce. So don't miss this opportunity, even if you have attended NASBP's Leadership Workshop in the past.

The NASBP Sales Workshop Sales Workshop is back this year by popular demand and is designed to help surety bond producers and surety company underwriters define and hone their sales process by learning strategies and practices used by the top producers in the surety industry. Participants will leave with clear, actionable practices that can be implemented immediately. In addition, participants will also participate in the MCORE assessment to help identify their unique pattern of motivated behavior and to learn how to use that information to achieve better outcomes!
