Friends and colleagues of Emilio have shared their memories and comments here.

"I fondly remember having the opportunity of presenting Emilio an award when I got to go to Puerto Rico as President in 2003-2004 and the day-long cocktail luncheon," said NASBP Past President Matthew K. Cashion, Jr., CIC, CRM of The Cashion Company, Inc.

“I met Emilio in 2007 at one of the first NASBP meetings I attended. He greeted me like we knew each other for years. I will never forget that night and all the subsequent NASBP events where I would catch up with Emilio about our families and agencies,” said NASBP Regional Director Novica Prekpala of Blaise Group NY, LLC.

NASBP Past President John Rindt of HUB International said, "We were treated like royalty when we were [attending the Region 12 Meeting in 2012.]"

"He was such a gracious host when I went to Puerto Rico in 2014; he will be missed," said NASBP Past President Lawrence F. McMahon of Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.

Please join the NASBP leadership and staff in expressing our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Emilio's wife, Lizette, and their family.
