This session of the NASBP Winter Surety School will offer Level I and II. Level I will provide an introduction to the surety industry and familiarization with the function and process of bonding. Level II will provide an understanding of producer, surety, and contractor relationship plus techniques for gathering contractor information and preparation of the case submission to the surety.
