The NASBP Membership Committee is continually seeking ways to enhance the overall NASBP membership experience and offerings. As part of these efforts, we launched the “NASBP Ambassador” program in April 2024. This initiative is designed to strengthen connections between NASBP and its members by increasing awareness of NASBP’s work, highlighting member benefits, and providing opportunities for members to engage with leadership, fellow members, and staff.
While the Ambassador program has already shown success, we are looking to expand our team of volunteers. If you are a NASBP member in good standing, we encourage you to consider becoming an NASBP Ambassador.

Responsibilities of a NASBP Ambassador include:
- Attending the NASBP Annual Meeting, with participation encouraged at the Fall Meetings as well.
- Joining Membership Committee meetings and offering feedback to continually improve outreach efforts for both new and existing members.
- Familiarizing yourself with NASBP member benefits.
- Engaging with members during meetings, focusing on welcoming new members and first-time attendees.
- Volunteering at the welcome/registration desk at the Annual and Fall Meetings.
- Assisting with member outreach through NASBP welcome email packages, aimed at engaging new members.
We hope you’ll consider joining this important initiative to strengthen and grow our NASBP community!
