Two upcoming NASBP-supported ConsensusDocs webinars will offer tips for contractors to avoid subcontract disputes.  


Proven Tips to Avoid Subcontract DisputesThe first webinar, "Proven Tips to Avoid Subcontract Disputes: Focusing on Flow-down, Execution, and Administration," will be held on Tuesday, October 22 at 2:00 p.m. ET. This presentation will provide GCs and subs with insights on risk allocation clauses and tips to maintain balance and flexibility in communications, documentation, and scheduling. Consistency is key to ensure smooth interactions between project stakeholders, especially when it comes to changes orders and claims.














Proven Tips to Avoid Subcontract Disputes Part 2"Proven Tips to Avoid Subcontract Disputes: Part Deux, Getting Out of Trouble" will be presented on Tuesday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. ET. This webinar will focus on pass-through claims and terminations. Attendees will learn the importance of reviewing and passing through subcontract claims in a timely, efficient manner. The presenters will help attendees learn the differences between termination for cause and termination for convenience, and they will also discuss defenses and alternatives to termination.
