I am thrilled to invite you to join the NASBP membership at the 2023 East Fall Meeting in Nashville, TN or "Music City". For the third year, the format of two Fall Meetings, will replace the past Regional Meeting format of three meetings divided by NASBP regions. These "East" and "West" Meetings are being held in easily accessible locations in the eastern and western half of the continental US. NASBP Members, Affiliates, and Associates are encouraged to attend either or both meetings regardless of location.

This year's meeting in Nashville will feature some new networking options, including a delicious and interesting food and history tour of the city, and a joint event between NASBP and Women in Surety (WIS), "SHE Golfs" Clinic that aims to introduce the game of golf to beginners, sponsored by Travelers Bond.

NASBP 2023 in person events have been very successful so far with record breaking attendance at the April/May Annual Meeting in Marco Island, FL. Staying true to my theme of “ALL IN for Surety”, we want to keep that momentum going into the fall with excellent locations, dynamic session content, and valuable networking opportunities. We can’t wait to see you there!

NASBP GROUP Rate:  $309 single/double, plus applicable taxes

Even though NASBP has a block of rooms available at the special NASBP group rate, these rooms could sell out before the hotel room cut-off date of Friday August 11, 2023.  Room reservations are held on a first-come, first-served basis and NASBP cannot guarantee an accommodation once the room block is sold out.  To avoid disappointment at not getting into the hotel, please secure your hotel room as soon as possible.  A one-night deposit is required when making the reservation.  This deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours prior to check-in.
