We are planning an exciting new workshop that will help participants understand ways to evaluate and mitigate the risks associated with construction contract and bond form language. We are collaborating with the law firm of Smith, Currie & Hancock to develop a curriculum that will provide a practical roadmap for navigating red flags in both construction contracts and associated bond forms. In addition, we plan to offer Continuing Education (CE) credit for this program. The workshop will be held October 20-21, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
