The Regional Meetings for Regions 10 & 11 and Regions 4, 5, 6 & 7 get started next week. They both debut a new condensed format designed to maximize value and minimize travel costs to the attendees. And they are being held in central, easy to access locations in their regions.
Meeting programming is a big focus for both regions, striving to give the attendees valuable information to take away from the events. Both meetings feature an update from headquarters that will highlight what the association is currently working on to improve value to the membership and advocate for the industry.
Regions 10 & 11 in Connecticut will feature Scott MacDonald, a leading academic and consultant in the banking field who will discuss the current economic status and lending environment and what may be on the horizon for the coming year and beyond
Regions 4, 5, 6 & 7 in St. Louis is holding a special presentation from Mark Sherwood, Vice President of McGraw-Hill Construction who will present a detailed overview of their 2010 Construction Outlook Report and a preview of the 2011 Report that will be published later this year. This session will help you gain important insights into the dynamics that are impacting your clients today and an understanding of what they can anticipate in the years ahead.
And as always, the Regional Meetings give an excellent opportunity to catch up with the local members of the industry, see old friends and make new ones.
