Throughout 2021, NASBP will present the Spotlight Series as part of the NASBP Virtual Seminar programming. During each panel discussion, moderated by a NASBP Past President, surety industry leaders will share their perspectives on business strategy, culture, talent management, personal development, future trends, and related topics-conversations that will go beyond the "state of the industry" and will introduce personal perspectives of leaders of one of the most high-performing business sectors in the surety industry.

If you missed it, or want to view it again, a recording of “Conversations with Surety Industry Leaders—Part 1” is available. This roundtable discussion focuses on how the success of the surety industry depends upon experienced leadership, operational discipline, and effective relationship management, and features executives with NASBP Affiliates including Steve Anderson of Swiss Re, Larry Taylor of Merchants Bonding Company, and Rick Ciullo of Hartford Bond in a conversation moderated by NASBP Past President Ed Heine of PayneWest Insurance.
