NASBP REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:All cancellations must be sent in writing to NASBP at bjones@nasbp.org. For a full refund, a WRITTEN CANCELLATION must be received by 5:00 pm March 14, 2024. Cancellations received March 15 through March 29 are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm March 29 are not eligible for refunds. When cancelling a registration, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
