Registration cancellation policy: All cancellations must be sent in writing to NASBP at bjones@nasbp.org. For a full refund, a written cancellation must be received 30 calendar days prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations received between 15 - 29 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received in less than 15 calendar days prior to the event are not eligible for refunds. All refunds will be charged a 5% processing fee.  See COVID readiness plan for more information.
