NASBP Fourth Survey on Member Use of Technology Available

The NASBP Automation and Technology Committee has published the final results of the Automation Survey at nasbp.org, click here. The survey was distributed to 447 key points of contact of NASBP Member agencies. NASBP received 53 responses, or a 11.9% response rate. The survey results will also be available at the NASBP Technology Booth #9 at the NASBP Annual Meeting and Expo in San Francisco this month.

The first Technology Survey was created in 2007 with the objective of examining technology trends based on NASBP members’ collective responses. In this fourth edition, the 2013 Automation Survey compares results and discovers trends among survey respondents, analyzes 2013 results with survey results collected in 2011, and identifies collective technology needs of the NASBP membership that will be considered by the Automation and Technology Committee when it sets project goals.
