Building on the success of the May Virtual Event: Bonding with Bandwidth, which had over 430 registrants, NASBP is pleased to announce the 2020 NASBP Virtual Event series, which will be held throughout the remainder of 2020. NASBP President Mark Munekawa, expanding on his presidential theme this year, Must Be Present To Win, would like to emphasize that presence, whether virtual or physical, is even more essential to keeping the NASBP membership connected in these difficult times.

Mendelson and Specht to Introduce New Resources in 2.0 Version of Producer Communications Toolkit   

The first in the upcoming Virtual Event Series will occur July 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. Eastern and is titled July NASBP Virtual Event: Being Present and Connecting Surety in a Virtual World with two sessions designed to help you and your business succeed in the new normal! We will kick off the event with Zach Mendelson of EPIC (left) and Mike Specht of Insurica Southwest (right), who will debut the updated Be Guaranteed To Succeed Campaign’s NASBP Producer Communications Toolkit (Version 2.0) launching in July! Be sure to attend and learn how the new components will benefit you and help you talk about surety with stakeholders in these uncertain times.

Keynote Speaker Scott Mann of Rooftop Leadership on “Presence in Chaos”
The second portion of the July NASBP Virtual Event will feature a fantastic Keynote Speaker, international presenter and trainer Scott Mann of Rooftop Leadership who will focus on how to not only cultivate and develop relationships and connections with clients virtually via Zoom and other platforms in these uncertain times, but also how to guide your clients to be leaders of thriving businesses. You may remember Mann from his TED talks or his engaging presentation at the NASBP 2018 Annual Meeting. Register now for the free July 22 NASBP Virtual Event.

The series of NASBP Virtual Events will continue with more Virtual Events planned for the months of September and November.  Each will provide valuable information and updates about the surety industry. Further information, including programming details and registration information, will be available on the NASBP website in the coming months. As was the case for the previously held May NASBP Virtual Event, all three upcoming NASBP Virtual Events in the series will be complimentary to NASBP Members, Affiliates, and Associates, and available to watch after the presentation.

These NASBP Virtual Events are in addition to and not a replacement for other planned NASBP meetings and events this year, such as the NASBP Regional Meetings. Given the present uncertainties regarding the continuing risks of the pandemic, however, these NASBP Virtual Events may serve as pivot points for additional content should it be necessary to cancel a particular NASBP in-person meeting to safeguard health.
