For the first time in recent history, there are three generations in the workforce. This unique circumstance requires leaders and managers to be keenly aware of the needs, motivations, styles, and desires of each employee. What will motivate one group in many cases may be in conflict with the needs of another group. Managers must know how to effectively interact, not only with the Millennial generation, but with the Gen X-ers and Boomers, as well. Learning to lead across the generations will assist surety industry professionals in becoming more effective managers and leaders.

The workshop will include breakout sessions for those with advanced leadership skills as well as aspiring leaders looking for a leg-up!
