For the first time NASBP has invited local lenders and community bankers to each of the NASBP 2019 Regional Meetings to attend a forum promoting surety bonds on private work. Be sure to plan to attend and network with them. Pictured is the front cover of one of the invitations that NASBP sent to lenders.

This forum brings surety executives to share what makes surety bonds particularly important to community bankers. Tim Mikolajewski of Liberty Mutual will present in Annapolis; Larry Taylor of Merchants Bonding will present in Minneapolis; and Gary Dunbar of Great American Insurance Company will present in Scottsdale. These executives will give real-world examples of how performance and payment bonds have protected the interests of both project owners and community bankers.

This special half-day event will also feature a follow-on panel discussion plus a luncheon and networking opportunity.

If you are not able to attend the full Regional Meeting but would still like to participate in the Lenders Panel session, that is an option.
