ConsensusDOCS Will Publish Eleven New and Updated ConsensusDOCS Documents in January

On January 19, 2011, ConsensusDOCS® will publish 11 new and updated standard form documents, which include some of the most frequently used owner/contractor agreements and subcontracts.

The new and updated documents include the following.

  8. 703 Standard Purchase Agreement for a Contractor
  9. Exhibit E Insurance Requirements to 725 Standard Subsubcontract Agreement
  10. 750 Standard Subcontract Agreement
  11. 751 Standard Short Form of Subcontract Agreement

To commemorate the launch, a live press announcement will take place Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in New York City immediately followed by an informal celebration. New Coalition Member

The newest ConsensusDOCS coalition member is the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association, Inc. (WWEMA). WWME represents companies that manufacture products sold to the potable water and wastewater treatment industries. WWEMA is the 30th organization to join the ConsensusDOCS coalition.
