NASBP held another successful set of Fall Meetings in September and October! A new feature for 2025, the “Cocktails and Convos” Roundtable Discussions, were a big hit at both meetings, with attendees remarking, “It was refreshing to get ideas and share with others in a similar position,” and “Really enjoyed the short 20-minute talks with various leaders of the industry.” After hearing of the success of the first Roundtable Discussion in Salt Lake City, UT at the West Meeting, the East Meeting’s “Cocktails and Convos” event in Charlotte, NC had over 120 people.

The NASBP West Meeting in Salt Lake City, UT in September, featured presentations on AI for content strategy and lead generation, a behind-the-scenes look at a unique Salt Lake City Temple construction project, and a review of the changing arena of government contracting. The East Meeting, held in October in Charlotte, NC, had an in depth presentation on construction risk mitigation tools, as well as an economic outlook presentation, and a look at the surety’s role in avoiding contractor default.
Each NASBP Fall Meeting also had social events co-hosted by NASBP and Women in Surety (WIS). The West Meeting had an event at Top Golf and the East Meeting had an event at Puttery Charlotte. Both optional events had over 70 attendees participate.
