Leaders Aren’t Born, They’re Developed

The next NASBP 5-15 Leadership Circle quarterly conference call scheduled for January 18, 2012 will feature a presentation by Geoff Delisio, Vice President of Zurich Surety. Delisio will provide an overview of his organization and share his personal insights about the state of the industry. The call is one of the activities of the group that helps these young leaders have a valuable one-on-one discussion with a surety company representative who NASBP has invited to make a presentation to the group and to answer questions posed by these future leaders.

The NASBP 5-15 Leadership Circle is a great way to expose high potential surety producers to the strategic issues facing the surety industry and connect them with the thought leaders who set the course in the current surety environment. 5-15 members participate in special educational and networking activities scheduled throughout the year.
