The Department of the Treasury‘s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) as of July 1, 2011 has been updated to reflect the following:
Atlantic Bonding Company, Inc. (NAIC# 41114) under 31 U.S.C. 9305 to qualify as an acceptable surety on Federal bonds has been terminated effective May 14, 2012.
