Supporters request S.570, the Water Infrastructure Subcontractor & Taxpayer Protection Act, to be included in the next Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) markup

Sixteen organizations submitted this letter requesting S.570, the Water Infrastructure Subcontractor & Taxpayer Protection Act, to be included in the next Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) markup. This Act would help protect the construction of our nation’s water infrastructure by requiring water infrastructure projects financed by the WIFIA program utilize performance and payment protections.
