What Does the Sales Workshop Cover?
This highly interactive Sales Workshop is designed specifically for surety bond producers and surety company underwriters who want to sharpen their business development skills, strengthen client relationships, and differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace.
As part of the workshop, participants will complete the Purpose and Passion Profile Assessment, a powerful tool that identifies their unique pattern of motivated behavior. NASBP's expert workshop facilitators will guide attendees in understanding and applying their results to enhance communication, improve client interactions, strengthen teamwork, and maximize sales effectiveness.
As they move through the workshop participants will put what they have learned into action by developing a personal marketing strategy tailored to their goals and strengths. The session includes a guided brainstorming process that explores a variety of marketing platforms, including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, websites, blogs, and live presentations. Participants will learn how each platform can be used effectively, the types of content that resonate with different audiences, and how to create a marketing calendar that supports consistent outreach and engagement. The workshop also introduces practical tools and techniques that make it easier to plan, organize, and maintain a successful marketing program.
Whether you're looking to grow your book of business, deepen your influence with clients and partners, or better understand what drives your success, this workshop provides the tools, insights, and strategies to help you achieve stronger results and accelerate your professional growth.
This one-and-a-half-day workshop will be held in conjunction with NASBP’s 2026 West Meeting.
