AIA A312-2010 and AIA A310-2010
AIA released the updated AIA A312 Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the AIA A310 Bid Bond forms in June 2010. NASBP participated in the AIA-led industry-wide collaboration to update the AIA bond forms, which was the first update of these forms since 1984 and 1970 respectively.
AIA A313-2020
AIA released the AIA A313-2020 Warranty Bond form in 2020. NASBP also participated in the AIA-led industry-wide collaboration to produce this bond form. Read the Surety Bond Quarterly article about the release of the Warranty Bond form.
