The NASBP 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo is just days away. Final preparations are underway and registration numbers have officially broken attendance records!

As you plan to join your surety industry friends and colleagues in sunny southwest Florida, see some helpful tips below to make final planning for the event and travel to Marco Island a breeze.

Meeting Mobile App Now Available to Download

The NASBP 2023 Mobile App is now available to download. The mobile app has features to help improve your experience at the Annual Meeting, including maps of the resort, a schedule of events, alerts to inform you of any program changes or news, and photos of the meeting uploaded daily. The app also features an up-to-date attendee list, where you can contact other attendees instantly via email or phone, and new for 2023, a map that highlights the Monday night company reception locations and times.

Getting to the JW Marriott Marco Island – Car Service Option

The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort is approximately 48 miles from the Fort Myers (RSW) Airport. While ride share and taxi services are available at RSW (and other South Florida airports), NASBP would like to provide attendees with a resort recommended car service option.

What to Wear?

Suggested dress for the NASBP Meetings and Social Events is “resort casual,”–polo, golf, or other casual collared shirts. Khaki or linen shorts are also appropriate for daytime wear. Jackets and ties are not needed for evening events. Some of the social events will be on the beach so heels may be cumbersome for those evenings. And don’t forget your best “Cuban attire” for our Tuesday night Final Event with the theme of “Havana Nights.”
