New NASBP Annual Meeting App Will Provide Attendees Convenience of Having Meeting Info Close At-Hand

NASBP plans to unveil a powerful new tool, an app, the NASBP Annual Meeting App, for mobile devices, to help attendees of the 2013 NASBP Annual Meeting & Expo Meeting experience the meeting in a new way with event details and information close at-hand.

The NASBP Annual Meeting App will provide easy-to-use, interactive capabilities to enhance attendees’ experience with maps of the meeting space and exhibit hall, up-to-the-minute alerts for meeting-related events and information, a schedule-at-a-glance feature that enables users to customize and create a personal calendar of the specific sessions and events that they want to attend, speaker information, the ability to contact registered attendees from the meeting’s registration list, and the option to rate program sessions.

Make note that the NASBP Annual Meeting App will be available to download in early April by those with a smartphone (iPhone, Android, or Blackberry) or a Tablet (iPad, Android-Based, or Blackberry). In addition, there will be a web-based version of the application for all other web browser-enabled phones. NASBP will notify the membership when the NASBP Annual Meeting App is completed and available to download.
