On Friday, May 29, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) will host an all day conference, titled “Construction Conference: Maximizing Alternative Dispute Resolution Advocacy for Today’s Economy.” Industry experts will discuss how to tailor the arbitration process to best serve construction client needs in these difficult times. The conference will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the New York School of Law, 40 Washington Square South, Greenberg Lounge, Vanderbilt Hall, New York. This conference qualifies for CLE credits, including one ethics credit, for the special Ethics in Arbitration session that is offered as part of the Conference.
