Treasury Announces Changes to the T-List

The Department of the Treasury‘s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) as of July 1, 2011 has been updated to reflect the following:

1. 1. Van Tol Surety Company, Incorporated (NAIC# 30279) has formally changed its name to Boston Indemnity Company, Inc. and changed its mailing address to 300 Brickstone Square, Ste. 201, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, effective January 3, 2012. The new phone number is (978) 662-5131.
   2. The companies listed below have formally changed their “BUSINESS ADDRESS” to
      “62 Maple Avenue, Keene, NH 03431” effective immediately. In addition, these companies have redomesticated from the state of Washington to the state of New Hampshire effective January 13, 2012.

      SAFECO Insurance Company of America (NAIC# 24740)

   3. Effective April 10, 2012 Endurance American Insurance Company (NAIC# 10641) has been certified and added to the Circular 570.
   4. Effective April 10, 2012 Pacific Employers Insurance Company (NAIC# 22748) has been certified and added to the Circular 570.
