The National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) 1 support public and private efforts to make broadband more consistently available across the country. As states and Congress design and implement construction of these projects, we want to underscore our support for the inclusion of performance and payment bonds as a form of security for the construction portion of rural broadband infrastructure projects.
