The 2026 American Arbitration Association® (AAA) Construction Conference will be held on Thursday, June 4, in Marina del Rey, CA. NASBP is participating as a cooperating organization of this Conference.
The AAA Construction Conference theme, “Building Resilience: The Future of Construction Disputes and ADR in an Everchanging World,” focuses presentations on exploring how mediation, arbitration, and other ADR processes are adapting to address the complex risks and demands of modern construction.
Early Bird registration is available through May 4 for just $395 with promo code 26CCBE01. Starting May 5 registration costs will be $450.
One of the sessions, Financial Risk, Insurance Challenges & Statutory Payment Claims, will examine how contractors, owners, and insurers are navigating late payments, coverage disputes, bond obligations, and payment chain breakdowns in an uncertain economic environment. The panelists will focus on how mediation and arbitration deliver the speed, expertise, and enforceability that project stakeholders need to resolve these complex issues.
