2011 CFMA Survey Now Available at a Discount to the NASBP Membership

Through a special arrangement with the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), NASBP members, affiliates, and associates can save if they purchase the results of the CFMA 2011 Construction Industry Annual Financial Survey by March 31, 2012.

NASBP has entered an agreement with CFMA to provide NASBP members, affiliates, and associates with a discount on their purchase of the CFMA Annual Survey, which includes data for comparing clients’ companies’ financials with those of the participants in the survey. Because of NASBP’s new agreement with CFMA, NASBP was able to arrange for a discount off the fee for those NASBP members, affiliates, and associates who are not CFMA members. Those NASBP members, affiliates, and associates who belong to CFMA, should purchase the CFMA survey as a CFMA member.

The CFMA survey, compiled and released by CFMA, reports comprehensive aggregate information organized by contractor type, revenue, and geographic region including:

  • Twenty key financial ratios for liquidity, profitability, leverage, and efficiency.
  • Financial statements categorized and compiled by specialty, region, and revenue.

Included with the survey data is the Benchmarking Builder CD Tool that saves hours of analysis with an interactive, side-by-side comparison of financials versus the Survey benchmarks. The tool can be used to create reliable and immediate financial reports and analysis and to evaluate and benchmark a company’s performance versus others in a region with key financial measurements.

Also, included with a Financial Survey purchase, is a free Construction Financial Benchmarker report—financial benchmarking that’s online, on demand, and on point. After Survey purchase, visit www.financialbenchmarker.com for more info!
