NASBP has a Member Recruitment Recognition Program to acknowledge members for their recruitment efforts. The program’s goal is to recruit as many producer members as possible, and it is open to all of the NASBP membership. There are three Recruitment Levels: Recruiter Enthusiast, recruiting 1-3 new Members; Recruiter Expert, recruiting 4-6 new Members; and Recruiter Extraordinaire, recruiting 7 or more new Members. Note that the new Members must be new dues paying Members, recognition does not include new dues cap participants. All Recruiters are recognized at the NASBP Annual Meeting & Expo.
