The American Institute of Architects revised and updated its license with NASBP, and once again NASBP Members and Affiliates can access the free NASBP-language equivalents of the current editions of the AIA Contract Documents: A310-2010, A312-2010, and A313-2020 by going to the NASBP Bond Forms at SuretyLearn. A NASBP login is required to access them.
