NASBP was saddened to learn about the passing of Harry C. Rosenberg, 86, Chairman Emeritus of NASBP member Rosenberg & Parker of Wayne, PA. He devoted 60 years to his family’s agency.

NASBP Second Vice President Sheila Thompson, President of Rosenberg & Parker of Canada, remembers Harry’s kindness toward everyone he met and dedication to the surety industry. “I first met Harry close to 25 years ago. Harry took a genuine interest in the people he met and would always remember something about each person. For me and many others, he was a colleague, leader, mentor and always supportive. Harry inspired R&P Surety team members to focus on Expertise, Innovation, Integrity and Service, the four pillars of R&P Surety. Harry left a lasting impression on everyone–family, friends, business colleagues, team members. I will always remember him as someone who wanted to make sure that I had the tools to succeed. Harry may be gone from our lives, but he will always be remembered.”

Harry encouraged his family to be part of Rosenberg & Parker business, beginning with Chad and Matt over 30 years ago. Then, Jack and Harry G. joined Rosenberg & Parker in the last 10 years. He transitioned into retirement in 2018.
