NASBP is pleased to welcome Julaiti Nilupaer, PMP as Manager, Professional Development. Nilupaer brings nearly six years of program management experience, with a background in educational programming, professional development, and virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. She is passionate about supporting lifelong learning and creating meaningful experiences for members.

Before joining NASBP, Nilupaer served as Manager, Educational Programs, at the American Dental Education Association, where she supported micro-credentialing initiatives, continuing education webinars, and on-demand courses. Her experience also includes coordinating training programs, peer groups, and professional development events at the American Association of Geographers.

Nilupaer holds a Master of Arts in Geography from Miami University and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is currently a part-time MBA student at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She has also completed training in adult learning, instructional design, and learning technologies—skills that complement her experience supporting educational programs and their participants.
