SIO Surety Section to Appear in November Construction Executive

The annual Surety Section developed by the Surety Information Office (SIO) will be published in the November 2011 edition of Construction Executive. The Surety Section contains several articles by industry executives in addition to the 2011 Surety Market Overview and Executive Insights.

In November, the Surety Section will be added to the SIO website, www.sio.org/fstore.html, where a PDF can be downloaded. A special thank you to the industry executives for their time and support.

Looking Ahead…2011 SIO Awards

As LSAs wrap up their surety promotional activities for 2011, be on the lookout for updates on submitting nominations for SIO Awards. Criteria are posted online at http://awards.suretyinfo.org. The next edition of Pipeline will contain more details, including important dates.

Updating LSA Contact Information

Please visit the LSA Directory, review the roster of officers for your local surety association, and submit the updated contact information to Stephanie Robichaux at srobichaux@surety.org by December 31, 2011. If your LSA holds elections after this deadline, please let us know when we should expect to receive your update.

It is important to maintain up-to-date contact information for your officers, because hundreds of visitors to the SIO website access this directory throughout the year looking for local contacts for their surety questions or concerns.
