Treasury Announces Changes to the T-List

The Department of the Treasury‘s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) as of July 1, 2011 has been updated to reflect

• Minnesota Surety and Trust Company (NAIC# 30996) under 31 U.S.C. 9305 to qualify as an acceptable surety on Federal bonds has been terminated effective September 15, 2011.
• Western National Mutual Insurance Company (NAIC# 15377) has been certified and added to the Circular 570 effective October 7, 2011.
