The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) as of July 1, 2010 has been updated to reflect:
Westchester Fire Insurance Company (NAIC# 21121) has merged with ACE Indemnity Insurance Company (NAIC# 10030) effective January 1, 2011. Westchester Fire Insurance Company’s new NAIC# will now be 10030 and their state of incorporation has changed to Pennsylvania.
