Recently NASBP held a Virtual Seminar on April 26, titled “Commercial Surety Bankruptcy – What Agents and Underwriters Need to Know,” which was presented by George J. Bachrach of the law firm of Wright, Constable & Skeen. This presentation addressed the three stages of the life of a commercial surety bond account as it heads towards and then goes into bankruptcy.
