NASBP is putting the final touches on the 2026 Fall Meetings, with the West Meeting to be held at the Omni Barton Creek in Austin Texas Hill Country, September 9 – 11 and the East Meeting to be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, in Philadelphia, PA, September 23 – 25.

The West Meeting will also feature the NASBP Sales Workshop on the front end (September 8 – 9). This highly interactive workshop is designed specifically for surety bond producers and surety company underwriters who want to sharpen their business development skills, strengthen client relationships, and differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace. For this year’s NASBP Fall Meetings, we are excited to debut multiple format changes to maximize networking opportunities, to incentivize greater producer agent participation, and to add industry-focused content. Please see the agendas on the NASBP Fall Meeting websites, which detail the current schedule. Returning for 2026 due to popular demand are the, “Roundtable Discussion Happy Hours-Cocktails and Convos” on Wednesday afternoon prior to the Welcome Reception, giving attendees the opportunity to sit down with surety industry leaders who will guide discussions on surety “hot topics” in a casual, interactive setting.

Both meetings will include optional events on Thursday afternoon to give attendees more networking opportunities. The West Meeting will feature a golf tournament on one of the best courses in Texas, and if you are not up to hit the links, there will be an interactive Salsa and Margarita Workshop the same afternoon at the resort co-hosted by Women in Surety (WIS). The East Meeting will feature a lively networking event, also co-hosted by Women in Surety, at Cellar Dog Philadelphia which is just a short walk from the Marriott. Enjoy food, drinks, and challenge your friends and colleagues to a game of pool, shuffle board, ping pong and more!

New for 2026

New for 2026, there will be a Surety School Alumni Happy Hour on Thursday late afternoon, where we invite graduates of all levels and classes of NASBP’s Surety School to network and catch up with previous classmates.

Both meetings will wrap up with a Friday morning sit-down breakfast and a can’t-miss keynote session. Giving attendees the opportunity to head home on Friday afternoon or stay and enjoy the local area.
